A total of 8,167 apartment units across 14 complexes nationwide will be supplied in the first week of July. Of these, 6,541 units are for general sale, a sharp increase from the previous week, marking the start of a major sales season in the second half.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 28th, this week's subscription offerings include "Jangwi Prugio Mark One" in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; "Pentahills W Complex 1" in Jungsan-dong, Gyeongsan-si, North Gyeongsang Province; and "Gimhae Sinmun Central I'Park" in Sinmun-dong, Gimhae-si, South Gyeongsang Province. Two model houses will open: "e-Pyeonhansesang Bundang First Village (Block A1, Newlyweds Hope Town)" in Dongwon-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, and "Triven Gimhae" in Nae-dong, Gimhae-si, South Gyeongsang Province.
Among the major sales complexes, "Gimhae Sinmun Central I'Park," supplied by HDC Hyundai Development Company, stands out. Located around 26-8 Sinmun-dong, Gimhae-si, South Gyeongsang Province, the complex will comprise 13 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,379 units sized 84–128㎡ in exclusive area. Subscriptions will be received on the 30th.
The Jangyu Sinmun District urban development zone where the complex will be built is set to feature a residential complex along with infrastructure such as schools and parks on a site of about 550,000㎡. The Namhae Second and Third Expressway branch lines make travel convenient to nearby cities such as Busan and Changwon, and lifestyle amenities including Lotte Outlet, Nonghyup Hanaro Club, and Lotte Cinema are close by. Another advantage is that residents can walk their children to Sinmun Elementary School, which opened in September last year.
Daewoo E&C is supplying "Jangwi Prugio Mark One" in the Jangwi New Town of Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. With excellent access to central Seoul and expected benefits from the Kwangwoon University development project and the Jangwi redevelopment project, high interest from genuine homebuyers is anticipated. "Pentahills W Complex 1" in Jungsan-dong, Gyeongsan-si, North Gyeongsang Province, will also accept subscriptions. Supplied within the Pentahills living zone adjacent to Suseong-gu in Daegu, the complex allows residents to enjoy both the Daegu and Gyeongsan living zones, and its strengths include abundant backing demand due to nearby industrial complexes and commercial facilities.
DL E&C will open the model house for "e-Pyeonhansesang Bundang First Village" on the 3rd of next month. The public-sale apartment, supplied at Block A-1 of the Seongnam Nakseng District in Dongwon-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, targets newlyweds, prospective newlyweds, and single-parent families. It comprises 15 buildings ranging from four basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,400 units sized 51–59㎡ in exclusive area. Excluding 467 long-term rental units, 933 units are subject to this sale. It offers convenient access to the Yongin-Seoul Expressway, the First Seoul Metropolitan Ring Expressway, and the Gyeongbu Expressway, and is close to the Bundang business district and Pangyo Techno Valley, providing favorable conditions for living near work. The price ceiling system applies, with sale prices for the 59㎡ exclusive-area type set at 641.43 million won to 682.72 million won.
