NAVER (035420.KS) said on the 7th that it is holding a "Chuseok Plus Sale" promotion on NAVER Plus Store for the Korean autumn harvest holiday.
The 16-day event, running from the same day through the 22nd, brings together 10,000 leading brands. Products on offer include popular holiday gift sets, food for ancestral rite tables and travel essentials for the holiday journey home.
In the "Chuseok Gifts" section, the platform is unveiling specially priced items each day at 11 a.m., including Korean beef sets, nutritional supplements, traditional confections and canned ham and tuna sets available exclusively on NAVER Plus Store. A dedicated bulk-purchase section carries products from popular brands including CJ CheilJedang, Dongwon and Chungjungone.
Benefits reserved for NAVER Plus Membership subscribers are also part of the event. Members can claim a 10% discount coupon, valid on purchases of 10,000 won or more through the app, on a first-come, first-served basis each day at 10 a.m. On the 14th, designated as Membership Day, members receive an additional 3% in NAVER Pay points for one day.
NAVER also plans to run a separate promotion from the 23rd to the 27th, gathering N Delivery products that can be shipped during the holiday period.
