SK AX said on Oct. 1 that it has launched "AI Bootcamp Vibe," a training program in which participants build artificial intelligence agents using vibe coding.
Vibe coding refers to a method in which a user enters natural-language commands into generative AI and the AI writes the code to create a program. Over four weeks, participants in AI Bootcamp Vibe take courses and complete hands-on exercises on a learning platform, studying the AI agent design process and building agents they can put to work immediately.
Every part of the program, from hands-on practice to assignment submission and evaluation, runs on AI. That removes the burden on companies that lack the resources to run training and assessment themselves. Each participant is assigned an AI agent that serves as a dedicated mentor. Following the guidance the AI mentor provides, participants enter their requirements in a chat window and can immediately check the results through a preview function.
Participants also analyze their own actual work to select and develop the tasks they will address with AI agents. They break down their work processes in detail, identify inefficient tasks that are repetitive or time-consuming, and then single out the tasks where AI will have the greatest impact before building agents for them.
Participants who want to link the AI agents they build to corporate systems can use SK AX's "Context Operator" service. The service includes a function that connects AI agents created by employees to in-house systems such as corporate email and data sharing and storage platforms.
"We will help create an innovation ecosystem in which AI-driven innovation takes root as part of corporate culture throughout every corner of an organization," said Kim Min-hwan, head of SK AX's HRX (HR transformation) division.
