B.Grimm Power Korea, the Korean unit of a Thai energy group, said on the 21st that it had sponsored the Seoul Philharmonic Park Concert held on the 19th at Seoul Children's Grand Park, marking its fourth consecutive year of support.
Hosted by Seoul and organized by the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, the event was staged as a free outdoor concert open to anyone without reservations or admission fees. The program combined classical music with film scores and musical theater selections.
B.Grimm Power Korea, part of Thailand's 148-year-old B.Grimm Group, sponsored the event as part of its social contribution activities. The company has backed the Park Concert series for four straight years, starting at the National Museum of Korea's open plaza in 2023, followed by Seoul Forest in 2024, Dream Forest in northern Seoul in 2025 and Seoul Children's Grand Park this year. An estimated 10,000 people attended this year's performance.
"We will continue to help expand opportunities for citizens to enjoy culture and the arts, so that people of all ages can comfortably experience high-quality classical music in their daily lives without having to visit a professional concert hall," an official at B.Grimm Power Korea said.
B.Grimm Power Korea is involved in renewable energy projects in South Korea. The 364.8-megawatt Nakwol offshore wind farm in Yeonggwang County, South Jeolla Province, in which the company has invested, is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
