Hanssem (009240.KS) is holding Sam Festa, its biggest discount event of the second half, offering markdowns on about 1,500 furniture, interior and household products.
The company said on the 29th that the event, which strengthens products, benefits and services tailored to the lifestyles of everyday customers furnishing their homes, will run through Oct. 26 at stores nationwide and on its online Hanssem Mall.
On Hanssem Mall, a "first-come lowest price" promotion runs every Monday from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. The company is also offering "time deals," with featured products changing each week, and "category days" organized by product type. An app-only "lucky draw" every Friday gives customers a chance to buy popular items for 99,000 won. A newly added section called "No.1 Living Together Picks" features products for customers who are moving, raising children or newly married, along with partial renovation packages for kitchens, bathrooms and storage. New products including the Euro 500 Zen kitchen and Easy Bath 7 are also being sold at special prices under a "launch big deal" promotion.
Offline stores are holding "store open runs" in two rounds of two weeks each from Monday through Oct. 26. Each day from opening until 1 p.m., new consultation and estimate customers who log in via QR code receive an additional 15% discount coupon. Customers who spend at least 3 million won on furniture and interior renovation products and enter for a voucher receive a 10% discount on Hans Clean move-in and moving cleaning services and up to 20% off Tongin Express packing and moving services.
A range of other in-store promotions is also available. At home furnishing stores, customers who buy a queen-size or larger bed together with a mattress receive up to 30% off the bed and up to 1 million won off the mattress. At Rehaus stores, customers who sign interior renovation contracts receive benefits worth up to 14 million won. Those who purchase kitchen, bathroom or storage packages receive Hanssem products worth up to 10 million won, depending on the amount paid. Single-item purchase benefits are also available, including a Pocket Stacking Cabinet 900 worth 1.5 million won with the purchase of the new Euro 500 Zen kitchen.
