Rain will begin before dawn along Gangwon State's east coast and in its mountain areas. Busan, Ulsan, the east coast of North Gyeongsang Province and its northeastern mountain areas will also see rain starting in the morning, with most of it ending by the afternoon.
Expected rainfall is 5 to 20 millimeters along Gangwon State's east coast and mountain areas, and about 5 millimeters in Busan, Ulsan, the east coast of North Gyeongsang Province and its northeastern mountain areas. Southeastern inland areas of North Gyeongsang Province and eastern inland areas of South Gyeongsang Province may see scattered drops of less than 0.1 millimeter.
Other regions will be mostly cloudy, with Gangwon State's east coast and mountain areas and the Gyeongsang region staying largely overcast until the afternoon.
Morning lows are forecast at 10 to 20 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs of 23 to 28 degrees. The gap between daytime and nighttime temperatures will widen to 10 to 15 degrees, particularly in inland areas nationwide, requiring care for health.
Waves will run 0.5 to 1.5 meters in coastal waters of the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea. In nearby offshore waters, waves are expected at 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, West Sea and South Sea.
